American Railcar Industries, Inc. (ARI) has application specific knowledge in the fields of manufacturing, repair, engineering, consulting and management services as they relate to freight car products.

ARI's unique, integrated organization is structured to service the covered hopper and tank car markets. ARI manufactures new railcars, provides after market support through its parts group, Special Products, and offers railcar repairs, engineering, consulting and fleet management services to shippers, lessors and railroads.

Although a fully integrated company, ARI has established strong, cooperative working relationships with the entire North American Railcar repair shop network, as well as with other manufacturers of freight cars and related products.
